SHIPPING

  • What if I haven’t received my order?
    First, check if your address details are complete. Missing information (house number, street name, postal code) can cause delays. If you suspect an issue, contact us via Instagram DMor the contact form on our website.
  • What happens if my order is shipped internationally?
    For orders outside of Europe, taxes and duties are not covered by us. If you refuse to pay, the package will be destroyed, and no refund will be given.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We prepare and hand over all orders to DPD or PostNL within 2 business days after ordering. Delivery times vary by country, and delays from shipping carriers are beyond our control. When you put an item in your cart and go to checkout, select your country and the estimated delivery time will appear.
  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
    Yes! If you’re inAntwerp, Belgium, you can pick up your order. Send us aDM on Instagramfor details.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! Free shipping is available for: • Orders over €100 in Belgium and The Netherlands. • Orders over €150 in France, Monaco, Italy, Spain, and Sweden. • Other countries do not have free shipping.
  • Can I return my order?
    Yes, you can return items within 14 days after receiving them. Check out the return form above for more info. Returns are accepted only if the items are in original condition (not washed, worn, stained and tags on).
  • How long does it take to get a refund?
    Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The bank (Mollie) will transfer the amount, which may take1–3 business days.
  • Who pays for the return shipping?
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees.
  • How can I contact you?
    The fastest way to reach us is via Instagram DM. We also have a contact form down below . Please only contact us in Dutch or English for the quickest response.
  • How do I track my order?
    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we print your shipping label you will receive a second email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s missing, contact us via Instagram DM.
  • My tracking says my package hasn’t shipped yet—why?
    You receive a tracking number as soon as we print your shipping label. This means your order is still being packed and will be shipped the same day or the next.
