  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    We prepare and hand over all orders to DPD or PostNL within 2 business days after ordering. Delivery times vary by country, and delays from shipping carriers are beyond our control. When you put an item in your cart and go to checkout, select your country and the estimated delivery time will appear. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! Free shipping is available for:

    • Orders over €100 in Belgium and The Netherlands.

    • Orders over €150 in France, Monaco, Italy, Spain, and Sweden.

    • Other countries do not have free shipping.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, you can return items within 14 days after receiving them. Check out the return form down below for more info. Returns are accepted only if the items are in original condition (not washed, worn, stained and tags on). Read our Return Policy HERE

  • Who pays for the return shipping?

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees.

  • How long does it take to get a refund?

    Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The bank (Mollie) will transfer the amount, which may take1–3 business days.

  • How do I track my order?

    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we print your shipping label you will receive a second email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s missing, contact us via Instagram DM.

Return info and policy

At MAISON DE MONACO, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Our updated Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds* and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process your return via our Returns Portal HERE Please check the categories below to see which item/s are eligible for a Refund or Store Credit:

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available
  • Must be processed via our Returns Portal.

MAISON DE MONACO reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MAISON DE MONACO. Due to the complex nature of our returns network, MAISON DE MONACO is not liable for any items received back that are not from MAISON DE MONACO. They may not be returned to you. Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached.
